He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Lupole Sr. and Elsie M. Biles Lupole; his wife Laura Ellen Ganoe Lupole; and his siblings, Margaret Lupole, Bill and Bob Lupole.

He is survived by: his children, Hervey Lockhart (Cheryl) of Panama, NY and Carol Lynn Lockhart of Jamestown, NY; his grandson Kenneth Lockhart of Panama, NY; and his sister Renelda Ferragine of St. Mary's, PA..

Memorial donations can be made to the Hospice of Warren County (1 Main Ave, Warren, PA, 16365).
