It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J Bisnett of Dexter, New York, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara J Bisnett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Lapp and Altha Lapp (Brower); her husband Edward W. Bisnett; her son Gregory Bisnett; and her brothers, David and Richard Lapp.

She is survived by : her son Jeffrey "Pete" Bisnett of Dexter, NY; and her cousins, Gerald and Robert Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Keep Nursing Home 133 Pratt St., Watertown, NY 13601.
