He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillips and Charlotte Phillips (Converse); his wife Patricia Clark; and his siblings, Gordon Phillips and Mary Lou Williams.
He is survived by: his son Scott M.; his daughter-in-law Shannon Phillips of Dexter, NY; his daughters, Tammy McCargar (Thomas Van Brocklin) of Adams, NY and Lori (Stephen Bird); his grandchildren, Andrea Greene, Alicia (Dustin Losurdo), Ashley (Bryan Cody), Joshua McCargar, Taylor Colburn (Ashley Chartrand), Meghan and Jason Arkland (Jeffrey Pappa); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Emerson, Cloee, Camden, Cason, Logan and Layne.
