He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George H. Phillips and Carolyn Phillips (Dempter); his wife Gwendolyn W. Phillips; his daughters, Tamara L. (Timothy Fleming), Karen L. (Matthew L'Huillier) and Kimberly A. (Michael Manioci); his grandchildren, Tyler Fleming (Amy), Tara Fleming, Connor, Audrey and Owen L'Huillier; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Sadie Fleming; his brother Peter Philips (Bonita) of Sackets Harbor, NY; his sisters-in-law, Pam Phillips of Camas and Sally Davidson of Hammond, NY; and his siblings, Mary Diane, Paul and James Philliips. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Mark's memory may be made to the Sackets Harbor Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
