He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, William Wagner II (Julia), Edward Wagner (Leanne), Robert Wagner and Jessica Wagner; his granddaughters, Evelyn and Isabelle; and his sisters, Debra Wagner Poulos (Thenny), Laura Wagner Francella, Janet Wagner Poccia and Elizabeth Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
