He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer G. and Mary E. Haughton (Beekman); his in-laws, Leo and Dorothy Satterlee; his brothers, Allen Haughton (Mildred Peck) and Charles Haughton (Esther); his siblings-in-law, David Eaker, William Young and Joyce Smith; and his close friend Patricia Mosier.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Reynolds (William), John Haughton (Cindy) and David Haughton (Margaret); his grandchildren, Joshua Reynolds (Marissa), Jocelyn Reynolds-Conklin (Owen), Justin Reynolds (Emily), Kirsten Bezio (Jason), Jonathan Haughton (Nicole), Kimber Scarano (Jacob), David Isley and Daniel Haughton (Alexis); his great grandchildren, Ella Grace, Faye, Ruby Reynolds, William, Maggie, Molly, Anna Rauch, Herman, Ourora Conklin, Harper, Brighton Reynolds, Benjamin, Samuel, Charlotte Bezio, Addisyn, Kennidy, Johnny Palmer Haughton, Rocco and Luciano Scarano; his siblings-in-law, Birgit Eaker, Jean Young and Raymond Smith; Mark Rauch.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Home of Bill and Christine Reynolds (33 Howard St, Dolgeville, NY 13329).
In lieu of flowers, Donald has requested that donations in his memory be made to the Dolgeville Area Food Pantry, 21 N. Helmer Ave., Dolgeville, NY 13329.
