With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles J. Miller Jr. (Dover Plains, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Miller, Sr. and Sally Ann Miller (Hutton); and his wife Sadie Ann Foresta. He is survived by: his children, Susan Miller (Bruce Aubin), Charles J. Miller, III (Cora) of Verbank, NY, Cynthia Miller (William Chabb) of Southport, NC and George Skakel of Stamford, CT.; his grandchildren, Charles J. Miller, IV, Nicole, Steven, Kaylee Miller, Ryland and Daisy Vallely; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah, Alexis, Juniper and Steven Miller, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hufcut Funeral Home (3159 NY-22, Dover Plains, NY 12522). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Valley Bible Fellowship Church (1875 Clove Rd, Lagrangeville, NY 12540). The military honors will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Verbank Cemetery (11 N Clove Rd, Verbank, NY 12585).
