He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Miller, Sr. and Sally Ann Miller (Hutton); and his wife Sadie Ann Foresta. He is survived by: his children, Susan Miller (Bruce Aubin), Charles J. Miller, III (Cora) of Verbank, NY, Cynthia Miller (William Chabb) of Southport, NC and George Skakel of Stamford, CT.; his grandchildren, Charles J. Miller, IV, Nicole, Steven, Kaylee Miller, Ryland and Daisy Vallely; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Rose, Alexis, Juniper and Steven Miller, Jr..
