We announce the death of Charlotte Carey of Dover Plains, New York, who passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 92. Charlotte will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Currier and Ernestine Currier (Brown); her spouse Francis Carey; and her siblings, Paul, Earl Currier, Beverley Brabandt and Virginia Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Brevi of Dover Plains, NY; her grandchildren, Daniel Brevi (Julianne) of Dover Plains, NY and Brandy Barnes (Jerome) of Chatham, NY; her great grandchildren, Penely, Carsyn, Wyatt Brevi, Jamison and Jaelynn Barnes; her niece Valerie Lewis of Kentucky; her nephew Hank Giulian of Florida; and her sister-in-law Joanne Muise of Newburgh, NY..
