It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David R. Barto of Dover Plains, New York, born in Sharon, Connecticut, who passed away on May 24, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Merlin Barto; and his parents, Irene Barto and Floyd Barto. He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd Barto (Wendy), Philip Barto (Linda) and Betty Pelissier; his sons, Christopher (Melanie), Shane (Krista), David and Joel (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Elodie Lyn, Payton Marie, Quinn Irene, Andrew David, Ryan Matthew, Audrey Loren, Nicholas Perry, Caden and Madeline. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
