He is survived by : his siblings, Kenneth Decker of Milan, NY, Phillip Decker (Diane) of Cobleskill, NY, Peggy DiMare of Kingston, MA and Jaqueline Speed (Rodney) of Jacksonville, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes (7461 S Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (50 N Main St, Pine Plains, NY 12567).
