It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Diamonti (Dover Plains, New York), born in Sharon, Connecticut, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Ackerman and Eva Ackerman (Decker); her husband Patrick Diamonti; and her siblings, Robert, Randy Ackerman, Jill Caldarelli and Eva Ackerman.

She is survived by : her children, Brian Diamonti (Kyjuana) of St. Petersburg, FL, Christine Diamonti of Canaan, CT, Patricia Dashner (Reginald Hough) of Ancram, NY and Melissa Dashner of Dover Plains; her siblings, Thomas Ackerman of Wassaic, NY, Michael Ackerman of Dover Plains, NY, David Ackerman of Kent, CT and Heidi Short of Illinois; and her granddaughter Marilyn Butts (Christopher Cressor) of Amenia, NY.
