With solemn reverence, we commemorate Phyllis E. Weil of Dover Plains, New York, whose life came to an end on June 14, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Dunn and Idella Dunn (Palmer); her husband Richard C. Weil; and her sisters, Beverly Barkman and Sharon Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Cooney of Worcester, MA and Justin Weil (Leina Singh) of Sacramento, CA.; her grandchildren, Jack, Abby and Owen Cooney; her nieces, Karen See and Tammy Mann; her nephew Lawrence Harrison; her friends, Kay Carmen and Liz Miller; and her pet Sammie.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley View Cemetery.
