With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winfield Scott Begor (Dover Plains, New York), who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester W. Begor and Grace Begor (Mellon). He is survived by: his children, Justin Begor of Rome, NY, Amber Ellis of Rome, NY and Tara Ann Begor of Dover Plains, NY; his siblings, James Begor of Malone, NY, Wellington "Skip" Begor of Dover Plains, NY, Connie Hearn of Pleasant Valley, NY, Wava Barlow of Plattsburg, NY and Penny Wilson of Millbrook, NY.; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Alex, Jacob Begor, Richie Cianfrocco-Begor, Daisy Ellis and Remington King.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hufcut Funeral Home (3159 NY-22, Dover Plains, NY 12522). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (9 S Main St, Sharon, CT 06069).
