Arthur leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Arthur’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Arthur will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Neff and Mildred Neff (Rice); his son Scott Neff; his grandson John Neff; his son-in-law Jack Beebe; and his sister Connie Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his wife Linda "Lynn" Harbst Neff; and his children, Julie Beebe of Sherrills Ford, Terri Underwood (Dennis) of McGraw, Mark Neff (Lisa) of West Dryden and Guy Neff (Lorry) of King Ferry. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Perkins Funeral Home (55 W Main St, Dryden, NY 13053).
