He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard C. Neff and Bessie Satterly Neff; his wife Dorothy; his children, Bret E. Neff and Deborah Morrison; and his brothers, Boyce, Bruce, Bradley and Bernard Neff Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Bert E. Neff, III (Yvonne) of Beaver Falls, PA, Karen Neff of Homer, Pamela Neff and Peggy Ann Grimaldi of Harford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Perkins Funeral Home (55 W Main St, Dryden, NY 13053). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
