He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwin Peak and Betty Higgins; and his stepson Travis Blake. He is survived by: his significant other Kim Bergen; his children, Ashley Peak of Freeville, NY and Kelly Peak of Batavia, NY; his stepson Trever Bergen of Genoa, NY; his siblings, Thomas Peak of North Carolina and Lori Peak of Etna, NY; and his grandchildren, Josephine Daste and Camreon Blake.
