With sadness, we share the passing of Leonard Rought of Dryden, New York. Leonard, born on March 1, 1954, passed away on August 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Leonard for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gordon Rought and Byrdie Graham Rought; and his brothers, James E. Rought, Sr., William C. Rought, Glen J. Rought and Paul B. Rought.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Faulkner; his sister-in-law Linda Rought; and his adoptive son Ryan Gray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cass Park (701 Taughannock Blvd, Ithaca, NY 14850).
