It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian M. Brand (Dryden, New York), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Hoyt (Moriarty) and Frank Hoyt; and her husband Joseph G. Brand. She is survived by: her children, Marian Hovencamp of Ovid, NY, Edward Brand (Tina) of Elmira, NY, Joanne Brand of Fort Myers, FL, Patricia Meenen (James) of Newfield, NY, Joseph Brand (Karen) of Ithaca, NY, Kathy Hunger of Norfolk, VA, Michael Brand (Amy) of Newfield, NY, Audrey Brand of Ithaca, NY and Margaret Munroe (Timothy) of Hector, NY; and her nieces and nephews, Robin Nagy (AL), William Broderick (NY), Robert (Margie) and Broderick (AL). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
