He is survived by: his father Wesley Kendall; his wife Suzanne Kendall; his children, Jenny Kendall, Aaron Kendall (Tracy) and Nathan Kendall; his grandchildren, Max and Isla; his siblings, Harriet Martin and Furman Kendall (Nancy); and his friend Dundee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
