Bolz Sr.; his fiancée Tammy Cary; his wife Michele Bolz (Laubacher); his children, Kristen of Montour Falls and Daniel "DJ" of Dundee; and his sister Cindy of Lockport, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
