He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lee and Carrie A. Watts (Temple); his spouse Beverly S. Smith; his brothers, Harold L. and Charles Watts; his grandson Francis Howard Pratt; and his son-in-law Rodney Gee.

He is survived by: his daughters, Raine L. Pratt (Earl) of Odessa, TX and Kim L. Gee of Watkins Glen; his grandchildren, Norma Jean Gallia (Joe) of Odessa, TX, Robert Edward Gee (Erica) of Valois, NY and Michelle Schoffner (Dave Ball) of Beaver Dams, NY; and his sisters, Betty Santee of Potter, NY and Shirlry Muffley of Clifton Springs, NY. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Weston Presbyterian Church, 510 County Rte 23, Dundee, NY 14837.
