He is survived by: his wife Barbara H. Hoover; his children, Leon Hoover (Mary) of Penn Yan, Leonard Hoover (Alma) of Watkins Glen, Eugene Hoover (Martha) of Penn Yan, Lowell Hoover (Norma) of Dundee, Ray Hoover (Rosella) of Rock Stream, Laverne Hoover of Dundee, Grace (Abe Martin) of Geneva and Miriam; and his daughter-in-law Fannie (late Glenn Hoover) of Penn Yan. He is also survived by 76 grandchildren; 90 great grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
