She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Gale and Grace Catherine Cole (Cochran); her husband Ralph E. Shepardson Sr.; her granddaughter Adrienne VanHouton; her stepson Ralph E. Shepardson Jr.; and her son Raymond C. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene W. Smith (Kim) of Dundee, Sue A. Crans of Victor, NY, Dennis J. Smith of Dundee and Joyce C. Carmichael of Belmont, NC; and her stepsons, Jon E. Shepardson (Carol) of Bolingbrook, IL and David A. Shepardson of Ithaca. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
