It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Lynn McCann Dixon of Dundee, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Leslie and Faith Inez Sisson McCann; her uncle Dale Sisson; and her sister Judy Knapp. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas A. Dixon (Rosalina) of Elmira and Rachel L. Sipley (Patrick) of Dundee; her stepdaughter Tara L. Ameigh (Jim) of Watkins Glen; her grandchildren, Marie, Aden Dixon, Adrienne, Delilah Sipley, Amber, Bradley and Joelene Ameigh; and her siblings, Les McCann (Bobbie) of Hammondsport, Richard McCann of Dundee and Karen Marshall (Bob) of Townsend, NY.
