Centner and Josephine Subjack (Lupone); his grandmother Mary Koszyczarek; and his aunt Mary Slominski (Koszyczrek).
He is survived by: his close friend Jean Britt; his nephews, Gerald R. Subjack, James P. Subjack, Fred B. Centner and Robert W. Centner; and his niece Mary Skubis (Subjack).
