He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn A. Klocek; and his brother Edward Klocek. He is survived by: his wife Nola; his son Donald "Jack" A. Klocek, Jr. (Mary Kay Moskal); his granddaughters, Paula Ausberger (Peter) and Kaitlin Klocek; his siblings, Carol, Rosemary, Rita and Raymond; and his granddaughter Joanne Donaldson.
