She is survived by: her parents, Bill Hammond and Patty Hammond; her husband Jason Carlson; her son Holden Carlson; her brother Matthew Hammond (Atalia); her in-laws, Beth and Larry Maheady; and her brothers-in-law, Joshua Maheady (Samantha Eggert) and Connor Maheady (Jessica Nichols).
