He was predeceased by: his parents, Al Levandoski and Stella Levandoski. He is survived by: his brother Roger Levandoski (Debbie); his children, Jason Levandoski (Katherine), Eric Levandoski (Claire) and Sara Levandoski (Jorge); and his grandchildren, Grace Agnello and Aiden Levandoski.
