It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence E. Kaus (Dunkirk, New York), who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Jasinski and Stella Jasinski (Wojnarowska); and her brother Edward Jasinski. She is survived by : her children, Kenneth Kaus (Phyllis) of Dunkirk and Judith Jaggie (Lawrence) of Dade City; her grandchildren, Jessica Testa (Michael) of South Stocton, Corey Kaus (Laura) of Dunkirk, Renee Hudson (Nathan) of Clermont and Kaylee Howell (Craig) of Memphis, Tennessee.; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Testa, Ethan Testa, Lilly Hudson, Riley Hudson, Cecelia Kaus, Gianna Kendall and Haileigh Echevarria.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home (56 E Doughty St, Dunkirk, NY 14048). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bma Church of St Hyacinth (295 Lake Shore Dr E, Dunkirk, NY 14048). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Hyacinth's Cemetery.
