She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Wasag and Angeline Wasag (Blazejewska); her husband John H. Deszcz; her son Louis; and her siblings, Peter, Jerome, Anthony Wasag, Mary Clary and Julia Somerfeldt.

She is survived by: her son John Deszcz (Jule) of Columbus, OH; and her granddaughter Cheryl (Graham).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lake Shore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut Street Dunkirk.
