He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Frank Kaczor and Julia Maslach Kaczor; and his siblings, Stanley Kaczor, Richard Kaczor, Robert Kaczor and Kathleen Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Tory" Kaczor; his children, Precious Smith (Peter), Shannon Schnell (Greg), Brandy Sobota (Chris) and Jacob Frank Kaczor III; his stepsons, William Rackiff and Benton Perry; his grandchildren, Hailey Malone (Zach Malone), Katelyn Sobota, Matthew Sobota, Peter Jacob Smith, Nicolas Smith and Kayleigh Kaczor; and his great grandchildren, Cohen Collins, Sawyer Malone and Stella Malone. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home, Inc. (56 E Doughty St, Dunkirk, NY 14048). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Hedwig Cemetery.
