He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lewetzki and Majorie; his wife Julia Lewetzki (Skrzypek); and his brother Jack Lewetzki. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Ellman (Jim); and his siblings, Keith Lewetzki (Marcia), Kevin Lewetzki (late Mary), Carol Duman and David Lewetzki (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His proudest accomplishments included the work he did as a carpenter, particularly the cabinets he crafted over the years, and his contributions to the construction of the Walden Galleria Mall.
