He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. and Mary D. Pencek (Adamski). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley Pencek of Arlington, VA and Erin Pencek of Clermont, FL.; and his siblings, Richard (late Susan) of Columbus, OH, Jane White (late Roy) of Chantilly, VA, Mary Ann Mahunik (late Robert) of Pennellville, NY and Carol Stafford (George) of Fredonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
