He was predeceased by: his father James Kowal. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Kowal; his siblings, Jonathan Kowal and Jane Kowal; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Shirley LaBelle (late Will), Helen Marciniak (late Florian) and Leonard Marciniak (Patricia); his uncle Jimmy Ross (Sue); and his pet Josie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zurbrick-Amigone Funeral Home (5615 Broadway, Lancaster, NY 14086). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (1 St Marys Hill, Lancaster, NY 14086). An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6200 Broadway, Lancaster, NY 14086).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue or the Lakeshore Humane Society.
