He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Penkaty and Theodora Penkaty (Jakubiec); his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Anne Penkaty of Webster, NY; his niece Laura Baylor; and his nephew Frank (Jamie). He was also cherished by several grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
