Wlodarek; his children, Michael Woloszyn (Hollyann) and Jennifer Ellman; his grandchildren, Hannah, Maddy, Tyler and Matthew; his great grandchild Colter; his brothers, James and Ronald Woloszyn; his nephews, Kevin and Jason Woloszyn; Gene and Jack Wlodarek.
