She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas V. Cieslewicz; her parents, John Jaguszewski and Martha Jaguszewski (Mroczka); her siblings, Jane Pieszak, Patricia Pincoski-Hudson and Jackie Jaguszewski; and her grandson Tyler Cieslewicz.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Cieslewicz (Ann), Richard Cieslewicz (Lisa) and John Cieslewicz (Cheryl); her grandchildren, TJ Cieslewicz, James Cieslewicz (Heidi), Christa Dues (Mark), Clayton Cieslewicz, Jared Cieslewicz, Chad Cieslewicz (Mallory) and Luke Cieslewicz (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Kendal and Teigen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home, Inc. (56 E Doughty St, Dunkirk, NY 14048). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Mary Angela Roman Catholic Church of St. Hyacinth (295 Lake Shore Dr E, Dunkirk, NY 14048). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
