He is survived by: his wife Debbie Skelly (Blanchard); his children, Kelly DeYoung (Andrew) of Akron, NY, Erica Bloomberg (Dave) of Oneida, TN, Tim Skelly (Jackie) of Westfield, NY and Breana Phillips (George) of Stockton, NY; and his siblings, Ron Skelly (Michele) of Perry, NY, Edward Skelly (Rebecca) of Dunkirk, NY, John Skelly (Amanda) of Dunkirk, NY and Sherri Fisher of Dunkirk, NY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
