She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slonina and Anna Slonina (Malkowski); her former husband Leonard Gornikiewicz; her husband Thomas Reise; her stepchildren, Mary Ann Palmer and Thomas "Jim" Reise; and her siblings, Olga, Irene, Jane, Lillian and Matthew.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Gornikiewicz (late Susan) and Patricia Wunder (Robert); her grandchildren, Michelle (Jason), Amy, Timmy (Ashley), Heather (Sam), Karin (Joey) and Kevin; her stepgrandchildren, Craig, Lynn, Michelle, Jennifer, James and David; her great grandchildren, Sammy (Lizzie), Julia (Robert), Grace, Paco, Claire, Leo, Mackenzy, Olivia (Nick), Nicholas, Aidan, Alex, Ewan, Dawson and Hailey; and her great great grandchild Mila. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Wanda.
