Sims of Durham, New York, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on June 10, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lathan Sr.; and her nephew Scott Lanpher. She is survived by: her mother Judy; her husband David J. Sims; her children, David A. Sims and Krystal L. Sims; her siblings, Larry Lanpher (Melissa) of Leicester, VT and Lathan Lanpher, Jr. (Jane Patenaude) of Stillwater; her nephews, Larry Jr. and Jonathon; her niece Rachael Lanpher; and her brothers, Joseph Sims (Danielle), Jamie Shiner and Daniel Sims.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home (39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, 6010 County Farm Rd, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 in loving memory of LiMessa Sims.
