He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Miller (Durie); his daughters, Autumn Kelly and Dara Ritchie; his former spouse Tim Kelly; his grandchildren, Timothy and Addison; his former spouse Cody Ritchie; and his siblings, Donna Stevens and Garrett Miller.
