She was predeceased by: her husband Chester B. Zekas; her son John Zekas; and her sisters, Joanne Moreno and Theresa Coughlin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Zekas (Darcy), Mary Swiger (Chuck) and Ann Zekas (Donald Litch). She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
