As James departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Jo Manos (Fildes); his children, Dana Manos, Elizabeth "Beth" Manos Brickey (Mark), Victoria "Vicky" Mirusso (Nick), Teagan and Keaton; and his siblings, Karen Turner (Steve), John Manos (Deb) and Lynne O'Connell (Bill). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dietrich Funeral Homes, Inc. (2480 Kensington Ave, Amherst, NY 14226). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
