He is survived by: his wife Bethany; his children, Shannon Shively-Lanesky (Anton) and Kelly Shively; his stepchildren, Robyn Lacotte (Ryan), Dr. Ryan Rehl (Angie), Julianna, Anton Jr., Brennan, Cole, Luke, Max, Stella, Will, Reece, Raegan and Ryder; his brother Gary (Theresa); his niece Kathryn; his nephew Charles; Earl Jr. and Elaine.
