He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela J. "Penny" Thomson; his son James Scott Thomson; and his sister-in-law Mary. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Batchelor (Ralph) and Tamara Thompson (Jeffrey "J. T."); his grandchildren, Robert, Kendall, Paul and Ryan Thompson; his brothers, James D. Thomson and Michael Fryfogle; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Boyle (late Jay), Doreen, Harry, Patrick and Michael. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
