He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia Farolino; his son Joseph B. Fornasiero (Maxine); and his siblings, Joseph, Leonilda, Enrico, Frank, Mary, Costantino, Catherine, Rita, Carmen, Yolanda, Leonora, Gilda and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Ann I. Lawson (James), Cheryl M. O'Connor (Robert) and Robert P. Farolino (Janel); his grandchildren, Kevin Lawson (Cynthia), Michael Fornasiero, Kelly Krawczyk (David), Gregory Fornasiero (Kate), Liane Farolino, Anthony Deak, Robert O'Connor III (Kayli), Cailee Neiss, Mary Katherine O'Connor and Adam Farolino; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Christopher, Matthew, Achilles and Olivia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Mission of Mercy.
