He was predeceased by: his sibling Aurthur Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Kathy" Oliver; his children, Alicia Oliver, Timothy Oliver (Laurel) and Christopher Oliver (Jessica); his siblings, Jon Oliver (Lorraine) and Jane Sorensen (James); and his nieces and nephews, Anders (Roxanne), Jacob, Kelsey and Zachary Sorensen. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
