He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Setlock; and his parents, Henry W. Kennedy and Betty R. Kennedy. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Marzolf (late John) and Cindy Bermel (late John Simme); and his stepchildren, Debra Newton (Dave) and Mark Frazier (Fernando). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
