She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell M. Valvo; and her brothers, Joseph Rappl (Karen) and Peter Rappl (Sharron). She is survived by: her children, Karen Valvo and Michael Valvo (Jennifer). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Frances made the profound and generous decision to donate her body to the University at Buffalo's medical and scientific research program.
