She was predeceased by: her brother Jack Smith (Agnes). She is survived by: her spouse Lee R. Dombrowski; her daughters, Jacqueline Dombrowski, MD and Jennifer Dombrowski; her brother Harry Smith (Mary Anne); and her caregiver Dr. Vincent Carfagna. She is also survived by nieces and great-nieces.
